Flavio Korn is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Korn & Korn Capital, a family office company. He was investor and board member of Genius SIS, an Edtech company sold to Leeds Equity Partners in 2021. Previously, he was partner in Anima Educação, one of the biggest Brazilian high education company where he worked since the foundation in 2003 for 13 years. He started his career at Arthur Andersen, where he worked for 7 years in areas as M&A, Consulting and Audit.
Mr. Korn graduate as a civil engineer at UNICAMP in Brazil, with specialization in Business at the same University. In the US, he took two executive programs at Wharton University: Family Governance and Private Wealth Management. He loves to do long hiking around the world and to play golf.
Miriam dos Santos Korn is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Korn & Korn Capital. With over two decades of experience in business management, Miriam has shaped the firm’s trajectory, driven growth, and ensured success within the wealth management industry. In her capacity, she oversees all aspects of the company’s operations, including investment strategies, risk management, and market relations.
Prior to founding Korn & Korn Capital, Miriam held key leadership positions at multinational companies such as Exxon Mobil, McLane Co., and Katoen Natie, where she honed her expertise in business development, operations management, and strategic planning. Additionally, she served as a chief executive officer in renowned logistics companies for a substantial period.
Miriam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from UNICAMP – Brazil, and she has completed executive education programs at prestigious institutions such as the University of Cambridge, EMLYON Business School, and London Business School. A Brazilian native raised in Sao Paulo, she is dedicated to positively impacting her business, embodying the values of integrity, innovation, and excellence in everything the company does.
